MAGNOLIA, TEXAS
- Magnolia Lights is Magnolia’s first mixed-used project which has two 6-story wooden buildings alongside a 6-story open parking garage bringing along a total of 131 units and 10 retail spaces. Located in the heart of downtown Magnolia, it was with the intent to provide affordable quality housing. Double-height retail stores and the unique layout of the building have made the designing process more challenging and interesting. The project is loaded with amenities such as a pool, conference room, co-working space, gym, and gathering space on the rooftop.
