- Brushy creek apartment is a large-scale residential project consisting of 258 units among 7 different types of 4-story wooden buildings. Due to irregularities of elevations and diaphragms, different types of load-resisting systems such as steel moment frames and engineered trusses are used along with typical wooden framing.
