Vadodara’s longest proposed flyover – has a length of 3.5km from Genda circle to Manisha Chowki
connecting multiple junctions en route. Multiple ramp entries/exits are provided to aid vehicular movement throughout the bridge length.
The main purpose of this 4-lane flyover was to reduce the problem of traffic congestion often faced by
commuters on Old Padra Road.
Pre-cast Pre-tension girders were proposed which are cast in the casting yard and launched on-site using cranes to ensure speedy construction. 40.0m Box Superstructure proposed at all the Obligatory span Locations.
Special Provision:- Plantation provided along the bridge for the width of 0.9m width on either side of
carriageway.
